Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

This is a nutritious, Keto-friendly snack or dessert that everyone will enjoy! Using Fatso High Performance Peanut Butter, Coco Polo Sugar Free Chocolate and Lee’s Provisions Dark Chocolate ghee, these low carb muffins will not last long at home. Make a dozen for meal prepped snacks or breakfasts for the week ahead too! Besides being super delicious, they can be made in under an hour saving you time to enjoy them later.

Ingredients:

lee's dark chocolate fatso peanut butter coco polo sugar free chocolate

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all wet ingredients together 
  2. Add in muffin mix and stir until blended together
  3. Add in chocolate chips and fold into mixture
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the centre
  5. Once baked, let cool completely before removing from liners
