Low Carb, Sugar Free Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:
Chocolate Rim
1.25 oz of Coco Polo Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips
2 tbsp of heavy cream
Mint Smoothie
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk cream from a can
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp pure mint extract
1 leaves mint
1 tbsp Philosophie Cacao Magic Superfood Protein
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp SweetMonk
Directions:
For the Chocolate Rimmed Glass
- Over a double boiler melt the chocolate
- Add Heavy Cream and stir until well combined
- Pour mixture into a narrow/deep bowl or dish that will allow your glass to fit
- Dip your glass into the chocolate filled bowl to rim the glass
For the Mint Smoothie
- Place coconut milk in the fridge 2 hours before making this recipe
- Remove coconut milk from fridge, coconut cream will have formed at the top of the can
- Use a spoon to scoop out the cream and place into blender
- Mix remaining ingredients in a blender
- Blend for about 30 seconds
- Once blended pour into chocolate dipped glass (Tip: use a funnel to pour so you don't mess up the chocolate rim)
