Low Carb, Sugar Free Mint Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients:

Chocolate Rim

1.25 oz of Coco Polo Sugar Free Dark Chocolate Chips

2 tbsp of heavy cream

Mint Smoothie

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk cream from a can 

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk 

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/2 tsp pure mint extract 

1 leaves mint

1 tbsp Philosophie Cacao Magic Superfood Protein

1 tsp chia seeds 

1 tsp SweetMonk

 

Directions:

For the Chocolate Rimmed Glass

  1. Over a double boiler melt the chocolate
  2. Add Heavy Cream and stir until well combined
  3. Pour mixture into a narrow/deep bowl or dish that will allow your glass to fit
  4. Dip your glass into the chocolate filled bowl to rim the glass

For the Mint Smoothie

  1. Place coconut milk in the fridge 2 hours before making this recipe
  2. Remove coconut milk from fridge, coconut cream will have formed at the top of the can
  3. Use a spoon to scoop out the cream and place into blender
  4. Mix remaining ingredients in a blender
  5. Blend for about 30 seconds
  6. Once blended pour into chocolate dipped glass (Tip: use a funnel to pour so you don't mess up the chocolate rim)
