Love it!

My absolute favourite! I love the versatility of this! I usually just use it to make a 90 second bread in the microwave (great for when I just want bread vs making a loaf). Then I toast it! What I love is that I can make it with just adding a bit of salt or other spices to change up the flavour! Or adding cinnamon and a bit of sweetner to make some cinnomon toast! This is my only go to bread!

Thank you soooo much for your review Mina! I absolutely love how versatile and easy this mix is to use too! It's amazing as a traditional bread, but I love waffles or muffins too

Ruth - Sunflower Bread

Enjoyed this bread very much but I think it's pricey for the package only making 1 loaf

Hi Ruth! Thank you for your review. I usually can get 2 bread loaves out of my Bake in a Minute mix, depending on the pan size! I also love making waffles or even muffins with this mix :)

Ok, not great for sandwiches

If your looking for a "bread" fix then this fine but if your hoping for a loaf to make a sandwich with, then this isn't the best choice. Flavour is pretty good, a bit gritty but tolerable.

It was good but not real tasty, I thought next time I’d add a little salt.

Hi, I'm so sorry you didn't like this mix too much! A little salt is a great idea though and it's quite easy to get creative with it to add your fav spices or toppings! Thanks for leaving us a review :)

Didn’t rise

Tasted great but unfortunately didn’t rise, minimal instructions on package, I learned after the fact that if I beat my eggs till they were fluffy before adding would have helped it rise.....

Hi! I’m so sorry your Bake In A Minute didn’t rise! We have some instructions on our Bake In A Minute product page but also have many recipes using Bake In A Minute and our other products on our page: https://www.switchgrocery.com/blogs/recipes?tag=Bake%20in%20a%20Minute*+ :) I’m glad you at least liked the flavour and hope you consider trying some out again!
