Best Chocolate

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about Coco Polo chocolate! This years Christmas baking was done using the baking chips, and I said Nothing to anyone Shhhhh! The quality is high, and worth every darn penny!! You will never know it's sugar free. Forget being the best sugar free chocolate on the market.. This IS Top Shelf quality chocolate beating out some of the biggest names in the world of chocolatiers Period!

best chocolate chips!

I really love Coco Polo chocolate bars, so was excited to try their chocolate chips. I made some oatmeal cookies last night using these chips and they are as good in baking as they are to eat with a handful of nuts before bed.

I often make up a quick night-time snack with a few nuts, a bit of dried fruit and a bit of chocolate and I love the Coco Polo chocolate for this snack.
