I really liked banana bread before I had to go low carb. This gives me that nice banana flavour without all the sugar that I can’t have anymore. It’s a really nice extract better than any other banana ones I have tried.
I had searched many places for a banana extract and wasn’t able to find it. I was so happy to find this product on switch grocery. The container is quite large so you get a nice amount of banana extract for the price. It’s concentrated, so a little goes a long way. It has a delicious banana flavour and is a great way to add banana taste to baked goods without sugar. I’ve used it to make low-carb banana bread and it turned out really delicious!! I look forward to trying it in other ways as well. It smells so amazing!
Love it. Love the size I don't have to run out and get it as often as I used to. I love banana bread and I can still have it on low carb.
