Kaizen has come closest to pasta of all of the options we’ve tried. The texture is not slimy or mushy and stays fairly firm when reheated even days later. We were so pleased to find this low carb option.
This lupin flour pasta was better than expected. If you’ve tried low carb high protein pastas in the past you k or they are hit or miss. This one is a hit!

Finally a pasta substitute that is PASTA! The texture is perfect and it has great flavour. My husband and I are loving this company!
