The Floyd Cardoz spice blends were developed by Chef Floyd Cardoz and were released by Burlap & Barrel as a memorial to his love for the cuisines of India and passion for sharing them.
Floyd travelled to Kashmir, India at 18 and fell in love with their kashmiri chili blend. This masala gives beans, vegetables, meats and stewed potatoes life!
