Both of these bricks are so gross I couldn’t even eat more than one bite. They are bitter, grainy, big pieces of salt in my teeth feels like sand/grit. Pretty upset that I paid that much money for something I won’t be using. They smell amazing but taste absolutely vile. I did get ones past their expiry date but I doubt that would have altered the taste that much. I wanted to love these because they are perfect for what I wanted them for but I guess I’ll have to keep searching and maybe make my own.

One thing that alot of our customers do is melt the bricks down into a bark. I find that this changes the texture and flavour quite a bit and is my favourite way to enjoy them.
Also just to confirm, the date on the Keto Brick is the manufacturing date, not the best before date. We note on the product page that Keto Bricks are good for 6 months (for PB) or 18 months (non nut butter flavours) from that date.
At first I wasn't sure if I cared for them as the brick was so big. Then I saw people posting about melting them down. I was surprised at how easy and quickly they melted. I get 12 in a silicon mold that I have ( rounded bottom). Then I froze them and was surprised how quickly they regained the solid state. Now I am completely sold on them. They are great to pop in your mouth when you are craving something. It definitely helps.
I love the keto brick. It’s delicious & helps me get my daily fats in! Still learning all the things I can make with it . Just purchased more flavours too after trying my first order
I ordered the Keto brick tasting pack, which was a great way to try a few different flavours! The order arrived very quickly. Also, it sure beats paying to buy from the USA and I love to support local. I ended up getting inspired by the Keto "bark" made by "Switch Grocery" and made my own keto fudge using the Keto Brick and a few other ingredients. So delicious!! I also shared on a Facebook group that I am in about going Keto to help with a recent cancer diagnosis, and the owner of Switch Grocery responded so thoughtfully and offered to give me a discount to help me stay keto during my cancer journey. So kind.
These are OK but not at all what I expected. I bought these and the macadamia madness. They are not sweet but more savoury and you can taste the salt...but it is not bad.
The chocolate malt is a mild chocolate malt flavour but the peanut butter chocolate was very bland...no discernible peanut butter flavour and the chocolate is very mild. As another commented they are very chalky and difficult to cut as they tend to crumble. But all in all they do the job they were meant to do. They fill you and keep you full. As I mentioned on the other review I can see how this would be beneficial for someone doing high intensity workouts. For those of us not doing it...a small piece will suffice...which works well for the affordability factor. I cut them into 4 and 1 piece (or many broken pieces) does the trick. One other reviewer said she melts them and mixes protein puffs with them. I am going to try this with my protein cereal...I think it will make them more interesting.
Edit, They are wonderful when melted down. I added crushed up Magic Spoon chocolate and peanut butter flavoured cereals that I lightly crushed, added some chopped roasted almonds and some unsweetened coconut and poured into mini muffin tins. These were great for breakfast or anytime I felt snackish but did not want to eat a full meal. They fill you and keep you full for hours.
