We've done the calculation of the cost of a Keto Chow meal using different fat sources.  Click HERE to read it!

How to Make

  1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle.

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs.

  1. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

  1. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right!

  1. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

    Perfect for cooking

I use this mainly for thickening dishes and adding to casseroles. It’s perfect for cooking. I haven’t tried it just as soup but that wasn’t the reason why I bought it, so can’t say whether it would be good on its own as a soup.

    Love the savoury flavours

I use the savoury flavours a lot. This is my second most used. I make soups and just add whatever meats I have handy. I especially like it with canned tuna.
I also like to add it to ground beef, throw in a little cheddar cheese and chopped pickles and I have a faux cheeseburger. It’s so versatile.
So sad Keto Chow has decided to phase out the large bags.

    Tasty

Like this one a bit more than the beef (though both are good). Was a nice non-sweet alternative when I had my wisdom teeth out.

    Great recipe ingredient

I agree with others that as a soup on its own, not the best....BUT it is a great ingredient to add to stews, chili, buns etc. When I bought it I knew I would be using it as an ingredient in cooking or baking (I had tried a sample pack as soup with no additives but 1/2 butter and 1/2 cream and knew I did not care for it this way but that it would be great to add to recipes.

    Very basily

I lliked it, but would like a little more tomato taste and a little less basily taste. I will order again.
