Freshest Dried Mint!

I’d been looking for dried mint everywhere with no luck. Was so excited to find that Switch had some in the Burlap and Barrell line. Not only did they have some, honestly, was the freshest tasting dried mint I’d had in years. I was looking for mint specifically for a grilled cheese that we make with pita and Haloom cheese - it took me right back to my childhood (yes, I sound old!)

Euphrates Mint

I’ve only used it a couple of times. I find it very mild for my taste. Tea was my first test, relaxing but a little light on flavour. I tried it on lamb chops, it was very nice in the marinade.

Thanks so much for your feedback Willow! The lamb chops recipe sounds delicious!!
