I don’t usually get packaged cookie mixes but decided to try this to have something convenient on hand. It is very good. A soft crumbly type cookie with fabulous flavour. It is just a little too sweet for me but I find most prepackaged mixes too sweet.
I used this as a base for mini cheesecakes. It was a hit !!!!
Overall good keto cookies. There is a bit of an erythritol aftertaste and grainy texture but that's due to the almond flour. They are quick and convenient cookies to make and have a nice pecan flavour. They can easily be frozen after baking to make them last a bit longer if you only want a couple at a time.

These cookies are one of the best . I use butter to give them a more homemade taste . Quick and simple. Freeze great . I add caramel chips to them if I’ve got sugar free ones . Yummy with a few choc chips too . Plain is wonderful as they put lots of chopped peacans in them . I like them
