I never worry about vampires as I am all about the garlic! I have purchased store bought garlic powder and let me tell you, they don't hold a candle to this stuff! It is rich and robust in flavour and aroma. A little goes a long way, compared to what you are buying on the shelf in grocery stores. I love fresh garlic, but if you don't have any or don't want to peel, mince, crush etc put this in your recipe and you will never know. It is that damn good!
This review is EVERYTHING! You truly don't know what you're missing out on in flavour until you've tried Burlap & Barrel! Wow! Bought as a gift to my hubby who is doing all the cooking at this time. We opened each jar because the first one was so fresh and aromatic we had to check the others! While we still have fresh veggies from the garden, I make up the salads to which I add black lime, sumac and thyme...what wonderful zip they create! So glad I found you!
