Burlap and Barrel single origin spices are sourced directly from small farms around the world. These spices are harvested by hand, dried naturally, grown organically whenever possible, and transported directly to preserve freshness.

Sweet Pepper Paprika comes from southeastern Turkey, where peppers are a way of life. This is a sweeter variety of our Silk Chili flakes, with all the flavor of sweet peppers and none of the heat. Add it to soups and stews, or use as a rub for meat or vegetables.

  • Process: Sun-dried then ground

Full flavour

We love this Sweet Pepper Paprika and the smokey version. Overall Burlap & Barrel make absolutely delicious spices. There is no comparison to grocery store versions. This is now a must have in our house.

I’m blown away!

I’m always blown away with every new Burlap & Barrel spice I try. They pack so much flavour! This sweet paprika blended with the smoked pimentos paprika is the perfect combo. The sweet is excellent on its own as well. Great for deviled eggs, on fauxtato salad or added to soups. A little goes a long way, so the value is definitely there!
