Abokichi Okazu Miso Sauces are Umami in a bottle and are the only sauce of it's kind in North America!  A miso chili paste made without the allergens and additives you usually find like MSG!  Add it to your veggies before or after cooking, meats (chicken wings are delicious!!) or mix into sauces!!
  • OKAZU is a miso paste chilli oil condiment that is made without the allergens and additives often found in similar products in Japan.
  • ONLY SAUCE of its kind in North America. Cleanest, no MSG, preservative free Japanese chilli condiment!
  • Think chilli, garlicky, miso, and sesame flavours cooked down to a paste
  • Heat Level: Mild/Medium.

      INGREDIENTS: sunflower oil, sesame oil, garlic, miso paste (organic soybeans, rice, salt), tamari soy sauce (non-GMO soybeans, salt, sugar), organic cane sugar, chilli powder, white sesame seeds.

      ALLERGENS: contains or may contain peanuts, tree nuts, egg, sesame, soy, wheat, seafood, mustard, sulphites. 

      Refrigerate after opening.  Separation is normal, just mix and you are good to go!

      Excellent chili oil 🌶❤️

      I know there are lots of ways to make this yourself but this combination is very well done and I have no need for safety glasses when making it! I’ve been using it on everything from eggs to dumpling sauces. The combination is mixed perfectly. Not too oily and not too chunky. Buying more and the Switch team have a great product.

      Chill miso

      This stuff is the bomb ! Love love love it . I put it on chicken wings , make salad dressings , add on my eggs and throw it in soups and stir fries . I’ve had to buy two at a time as I’m liking it on everything . Now I’m going to have to try the other two ! Mmmm 😋

      Absolutely delicious!

      I’ve added chili miso to so many different things. It’s delicious with shrimp, chicken, pork and even beef. I’ve added it to cauliflower soup, mixed it into edamame noodles and chicken, and into a quick vegetable and paneer stir fry. It’s a must-have in my pantry now.
