Great new product!

Was very excited to try this new bread mix and it did not disappoint! Has great flavour and texture. Next time I will beat the eggs so that the loaf is taller.

Thank you so much for your review! On the last loaf I made, I used a hand mixer to first beat the eggs, and then I used it to mix up all of the ingredients into dough and it worked really well to get the loaf to rise.
