Some of the comments from fans of Ground Black Lime:

It's like citrus and dark had a food baby. It's got a deep richness, while somehow maintaining the brightness of the citrus. Yum! Can't wait to use this one more.

This is a new flavor for me, and I'm in love with it. Knocked me off my feet with complex citrus and savory notes. Absolutely divine. Sprinkle on roasted vegetables or grains, unreal!

Perfect for a hint of lime flavour

Love that I can keep this in my pantry and sprinkle on dishes for a finishing lime zest without the hassle of zesting an actual lime.

Omg so true! You get a longer shelf life than with an actual lime and more control over how much zesty-ness you want added :) Super happy to hear you've been enjoying it!

Great addition to my spices

This has a great depth and acidity and is amazing in Mexican and Thai dishes. It’s like amchoor or sumac but has a distinctive lime flavor with a hint of smokiness. I do agree that it is mild.

Such a unique spice blend - Burlap & Barrel never fails to amaze. And so true - it was practically made for those cuisines! Thanks for leaving us a review, Elektra!

Mild flavour

I do like having this spice on hand but the flavour is not astounding. It’s really a pretty one for finishing and I love the idea of it more than anything!

Hi Rayna, thank you for leaving us a review! I find it goes great with anything you would use a squeeze of lemon for (for example, guac) so it might be useful to think of it in that way! But, I have also used it as a chicken rub, in soup, and it goes great with Middle Eastern dishes. :) Hope this helps!
