These spices are harvested by hand, dried naturally, grown organically whenever possible, and transported directly to preserve freshness. The Floyd Cardoz spice blends were developed by Chef Floyd Cardoz and were released by Burlap & Barrel as a memorial to his love for the cuisines of India and passion for sharing them.
Goan Masala is Floyd's favourite blend of spices. When his sons were young he changed the recipe to leave out the chili peppers to cook milder curries.
