The Floyd Cardoz spice blends were developed by Chef Floyd Cardoz and were released by Burlap & Barrel as a memorial to his love for the cuisines of India and passion for sharing them.
Green Tikka Masala was created to give Chef Cardoz's guests a new tikka masala that was different from the typical red tandoori style. Use this Masala as a rub or base in curries with coconut milk or yogurt and finish with a little soy sauce or a squeeze of lime.
