Herbes de Provence comes from Provence, France, where it's a cornerstone of French cooking!  Unlike so many other's, this blend is actually grown and blended in Provence itself.  Add it to Tomato saices, roasts, pan sauces and really any other dish for a boost of savoury, fragrant aromatics.
