Good Dee’s Blondies Baking Mix
I have an allergy to eggs and dairy so being keto is challenging. I bought this product in hopes that it would be a quick convient treat but it did not turn out well with no eggs. I would not buy this product again.
Blondies are one of my favourite mixes! I love how simple and easy it is to bake with Gooddees mixes. No expensive keto baking fails here. I feel that adding coconut, chocolate or nuts into the mix makes them 10x better.
I know people swear by Good Dee’s mixes but this one tasted horrible!! The recipe calls for 1/2C of butter or coconut oil to be added to it ... it was so soggy and I cooked it nearly twice the time it said. It tasted like bird seed and the cooling aftertaste from the sugar substitutes was overwhelming. I’ve had the brownie mix and sugar cookie mix, which are decent. But this was awful!!
These are sooo good. I used ihackeddiabetes recipe using Lee’s Ghee brown butter flavour and Coco Polo buttons - wowzer! Best of all is how quick it is to whip them up using the mix. I’m also really enjoying the sunflower mixes as an option.
