Keto Chow is a delicious, simple and easy to use meal replacement shake made for low carb and keto/diabetic diets! It’s a complete meal replacement and is perfect for those meals that you just don’t have time to make. 

Banana has only 0.7 net carbs per shake and has a light, fruity flavour that hits the spot on a hot summer morning, a frigid winter evening after a long day, and anytime in between.

How to Make 

  1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle. 

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. 

  1. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

  1. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right! 

  1. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Going bananas for KC banana!

The banana flavour is great on its own (it tastes like banana cream pie) but this is one of the most versatile Keto Chow flavours. There are so many great combinations that you can use the banana flavour with. Chocolate/banana, chocolate peanut butter/banana, snickerdoodle/banana (banana bread), banana/strawberry, banana/salted caramel, banana/toffee and banana/eggnog. If you are looking for a big bag that you can pair with other flavours, this is a great choice. Give it a try on its own or mixed with one of the other great Keto Chow flavours. Your tastebuds will never be bored.

Dee-lish!!

I’m such a big big Keto Chow fan! It has made my keto journey to goal and now many years in maintenance, so very easy. Staying super low carb limits or eliminates fruits for most of us and why I especially enjoy banana, raspberry and lemon flavs. They fit my healthy lifestyle macros and are super satisfying. I agree with others - banana/choc is the best combo!

It tastes good. not apersonal favouite but still good. i mix it with a chocolate one to make CHOCOLATE BANANA FLAVOUR than it tastes amazing!!!!!

My fav!!

It’s hard to choose a favorite Keto Chow flavor, but I think this might be it! Eating a ketogenic diet, it is nice to have that banana flavor I didn’t think I was missing! This does not have that artificial banana flavor that many banana flavoured foods have, rather it reminds me of dehydrated banana chips. And a tbsp of Fatso peanut butter added takes this to a whole new level!
