Keto Chow base powder is perfect for when you want a meal replacement shake, but want to make it yourself with your own protein!
The base powder includes all of the vitamins and minerals you need, without the protein or flavouring! So you can add any protein powder (Dairy Free!!) and fat, and create your own!
The bag has enough vitamins and minerals for 21 meals!
To Make it:
- Grab a blender or a blender bottle.
- Add fat of your choice (add as little or as much as your daily requirements are)
- Add Protein of your choice (I suggest Philosophie!)
- Add 410ml of water, coffee, or any other liquid you like
- Add 1 Scoop of Keto Chow Base Powder
- Add anything else you want - I like adding Ashwaganda to mine, sometimes I add berries, cinnamon or really anything!
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes, but overnight is the best
- Drink and Enjoy!
Tip: Keto Chow is best if prepared the night before and left to sit in the fridge so the electrolytes can dissolve. At a minimum, prepare 30 minutes before consuming.
