We've done the calculation of the cost of a Keto Chow meal using different fat sources.  Click HERE to read it!

How to Make

  1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle.

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs.

  1. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

  1. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right!

  1. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Great as a base for recipes

When I tried my first small pack of this…I didn’t enjoy it at all as a plain soup. I have since given it a second chance and have added it to home made soups as well as used it for baking biscuits. It is very good in recipes. Now if keto chow would make a savoury flavour that can truly be used on its own as a soup!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Wanda! I am so glad you gave this product a chance and are enjoying it!

    Winner Winner Chicken KC Dinner!

Woo Hoo! Just got my savoury chicken KC and I whipped up the tastiest chicken fried steak with creamy chicken gravy. I dipped the steak in egg mixed with a bit of the Pili Buyo Fermented Chili Sauce (you can buy it right here at Switch!), coated it with the KC and repeated the process. Fried it in avocado oil and used some more KC, cream, and chicken broth to mix in with the drippings to make a creamy gravy. The possibilities for this KC flavour on its own, or as a breading/seasoning in other recipes, are numerous. Biscuits, breading for fried chicken/steak/fish, gravy, mashed cauliflower, dips, crackers, chaffles, tempura, stew, bread and yes of course - soup! I am not sure how long the big bag I ordered will last, it is so versatile I can see going through it quickly to create many delicious savoury meals.

Thank you sooo much for your review, Val! Chicken fried steak with grave sounds deliciousss. I love the Buyo Chilli sauce, its so spicy and tangy! I love how you use the Chicken Soup Keto Chow in so many diff ways! Everything sounds YUMMY!
