It’s a complete meal replacement and is perfect for those meals that you just don’t have time to make. 

Chocolate Mint has only 1g net carbs per shake and has the richness of creamy chocolate, with refreshing coolness of mint to make it an even more luxurious treat. It tastes just like a Chocolate mint ice-cream in a shake!

How to Make 

1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle. 

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs. 

2. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

3. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right! 

4. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!
