Keto Chow is a great tasting, simple and easy to prep meal replacement shake! 

Cookies & Cream has only 0.4g net carbs per shake!  1 packet makes 1 full shake.

It is for you if you have no time to eat some days, but want something that is quick, easy and most importantly, delicious!!  

    Keto Chow is perfect for those meals when you don't have time to make an elaborate meal, but want to make sure you get the vitamins and minerals you need, plus actually enjoy what you're eating! 

    To Make it: 

    1. Grab a blender or a blender bottle. 
    2. Add fat of your choice (add as little or as much as your daily requirements are)
    3. Add 410ml of water, coffee, or any other liquid you like 
    4. Add 1 Packet of Keto Chow Powder
    5. Add anything else you want - I like adding Ashwaganda to mine, sometimes I add berries, cinnamon or really anything! 
    6. Blend
    7. Let sit for at least 30 minutes, but overnight is the best
    8. Drink and Enjoy!

    Flavour Hacks: 

    • Add a handful of berries and blend! 
    • Add Coffee! 
    • Replace some of the water with ice and have a milkshake!  Store in Freezer for 30min until the minerals dissolve. 

    Tip: Keto Chow is best if prepared the night before and left to sit in the fridge.  The flavours come out overtime and it is delicious.  At a minimum, prepare 30 minutes before consuming.

    Least favorite

    I really like keto chow and have tried a lot of the flavors. Not a fan of this one.

    Not this flavour!

    Highly recommend Keto Chow, but not this flavour. I can’t describe it, but it was the first flavour I was disappointed in.

    Cookies and Cream

    got the cream taste but missing the cookie bit to me, with a bit of cinnamon and cacao it is pretty good

    Flavor was alright

    My first flavor was Chocolate Peanut Butter and cookies and cream isn't anywhere near as tasty as that one. I liked it but for me chocolate peanut but was so much better. I gave it 3 stars because for some reason it made me bloated compared to the other one.

    Thanks for your feedback David. Every flavour is not for everyone, so I'm happy that you've found one that does work for you. I personally love Cookies and Cream but understand it may not be to everyone's liking

    Not my favourite flavour

    Though the flavour tastes really good, it didn’t taste too great with butter for some reason and it doesn’t mix very well without being a little lumpy. Pistachio is still my favourite flavour so far.
