Love these!!

Great product! I'd suggest getting the mid size dropper bottle so you have a simple way to measure how much to add to your water bottles. Going forward, I'll buy the large bottles as refills. There is no taste to me. It kind of just 'mellows' the water. It's not flavored and won't break your fasted state.

Favorite Electrolytes

I love Keto Chow electrolyte drops! They make it easy to add electrolytes to any beverage since they are non-flavored and already in liquid form. I also like that the sodium, magnesium, and potassium are in the proper ratio which takes any guess work out of trying to take them separately.

Nothing says "good morning" like a charley horse! These drops have helped, though I can only take a fraction of the recommended dose. They contain no added flavours and sweeteners like so many brands (not altogether neutral-tasting), making them ideal on a strict carnivore way of eating. And they are available right here in Canada.
