So happy with the Fasting Drops! Glad they are low in Potassium per Megan Ramos' suggestion to Keto Chow. I find them tasty in plain water or coffee. Great to find electrolytes without additives/sweeteners, and they are recommended by Dr. Ken Berry, MD whom I follow/trust. Switch Grocery was very efficient for the payment and shipment processes. My package arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I will continue to use these electrolytes in the future.

Oh I'm so happy with these drops. When I go on a keto diet I get leg cramps from my thighs to my feet. Since taking the fasting drops every day in my water...yep you guessed it not one cramp.
