LIMITED EDITION FLAVOUR

One sip of Grape Keto Chow and you’ll understand why it’s a new customer friend favourite! Keto Chow is a delicious, simple and easy to use meal replacement shake made for low carb and keto/diabetic diets! It’s a complete meal replacement and is perfect for those meals that you just don’t have time to make.

Grape has only 0.9g net carbs per shake and satisfies those fruity cravings OR mix with Peanut Butter Keto Chow and have a PB and Jelly Shake!

How to Make

  1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle.

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs.

  1. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

  1. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right!

  1. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Good….but….

So, not sure what to say about Grape. I was really hoping it would taste like Stewart’s Grape Soda, but to me it kind of reminds me of that long string licorice in grape flavour that I had as a kid. It’s not bad, it just has a specific flavour to it. I might get another pack and try it for popsicles. I generally love the flavour of grape, but this somewhat missed the mark which is too bad because it really could have been a great flavour.

Grape keto chow

It is easy to mix. Nice smooth consistency. Taste is pleasant however very mild, I would liken it to a grape popsicle flavour only not as strong. More like an electrolyte drink.

Not a Fan!

I have tried all the Keto Chow flavours and this is not my favorite. Don't know what it is as I wanted to like it. Very artificial tasting. Guess the ones I prefer are the Chocolate Toffee, Salted Caramel, Irish Cream, etc. Much more versatile for drinking or making puddings, etc.

Hmm...

I don't know that this needed to be a keto chow flavour. Tastes like pedialyte. Grain of salt: I don't love KC's fruit flavours to begin with. Not sure what I was expecting.

Sorry to hear you did not enjoy this flavour as much as I hoped, Ariana. You can use Keto Chow in cooking/baking if you dont like it as a shake! There are recipes on our site and Keto Chows too. Hope this helps :)
