One sip of Lemon Meringue Keto Chow and you’ll understand why it’s our customer friends favourite! Keto Chow is a delicious, simple and easy to use meal replacement shake made for low carb and keto/diabetic diets! It’s a complete meal replacement and is perfect for those meals that you just don’t have time to make.

Lemon Meringue has only 0.7g net carbs per shake and is a perfect marriage of tangy lemon and sweet, pillowy meringue.

How to Make

  1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle.

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs.

  1. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

  1. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right!

  1. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Tastes Like A Lemon Shortbread Cookie - Yum!

I mixed this up with butter and unsweetened vanilla almond milk and made some ice cream. The result was a delicious lemon flavour similar to a lemon shortbread cookie. I do like my lemon to be zingy so I squeezed in a bit of lemon juice and some grated lemon peel. This was very refreshing and would be great on a hot summer day.

Thank you sooo much for your review, Val! Lemon Shortbread Cookie ice-cream sounds delicious :) Definitely does make a great treat for a hot summer day!

Best. Flavour. Ever!

I have tried many different flavours, some of which I bought and some of which I was gifted by a friend who has been an avid Keto Chow user, but once I came across Lemon Meringue I knew I found a keeper. I can literally drink it every day and not be sick of the taste - I make it with 1 cup of almond milk, 5/8 cup of water, and 2 tablespoons of creme freische, the taste is AMAZING!!! I am so obsessed with it, I am terrified that one day the flavour may not be around anymore. Drinking it at the end of each day feels like getting a shot of liquid happiness :)

Thank you sooo much for this review, Katarina! Sounds like you have awesome friends who gift you Keto Chow, haha. I am happy to hear you are loving this flavour! I have a keto chow everyday as a quick lunch option as well, need to try your recipe and mix almond milk, water and creme! Thank you for sharing :)

Keto Chow - Lemon Meringue Flavour

I added this to my homemade yogurt - right out of the pouch and it tasted like a lemon cheese cake. I let it set overnight in the fridge and the next day it was Duhlicious! Will definitely be ordering more! I think you could easily add this to PSMF bread for a lemony loaf as well. . . . . . . so many options. ;)

Thank you sooo much for this awesome review, Tammy! So happy to hear you are enjoying Lemon Meringue flavour in so many different ways. Keto Chow is definitely more than a shake; it can be used in cooking/baking as well! Thanks for pointing that out :)

Great taste

I personally add heavy cream as "fat" content to most drinks... This time I also added a couple of lemon zest and it is absolutely spunky and perfect!!!!!

Thank you SOOO much for his awesome review, Madeleine! Adding lemon zest is such a great idea! I need to try it :) Thank you again.
