Keto Chow's Magnesium drops have been a game changer in the headache department. I put a capful in water and within 4 minutes my pounding headache was gone. Not to mention the sleep quality I have had and leg cramping is gone! Definitely will be purchasing again!

I suffered from frequent leg cramps at night. Increasing my magnesium eliminated them. Not great tasting , however mixing with drinks and food throughout the day helps to avoid them. Great product.
