We've done the calculation of the cost of a Keto Chow meal using different fat sources.  Click HERE to read it!

How to Make

  1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle.

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs.

  1. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

  1. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right!

  1. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Rootbeer

So not sure what to think of this one. Not sweet so that’s good. Kinda has a rootbeer flavour.
Made with MTC oil and whipping cream. Thought I would get more of a rootbeer float vibe. But can’t say I did. On the fence with this one not sure how to rate it!

Ok have to update my post …. Half hour after this shake my stomach rejected it. Now this is an issue I do deal with and certainly not an issue with the shake per say but this one will be off my list to get again.

Hi Kelly, MCT oil can usually cause an upset stomach when used as a source of fat. I would recommend trying with either heavy cream or butter. If that upsets your stomach as well I would try with coconut oil or avocado oil!

Yummy!

I use HWC to make my rootbeer float.
I usually make it 2 days ahead before drinking it, the flavor becomes yummy!

Thank you sooo much for your review, Linda! I am happy to hear you are enjoying the Rootbeer Float flavour :)

A M A Z I N G!

I made this one up the other day and could not wait to try it. Both my niece and my aunt saw it and asked if they could try it (they are not keto or low carb). They both were amazed at how good it was and I have to agree, it is probably the best of the flavours I have tried (but they all are wonderful so far). Unfortunately, I got very little of it and now I am craving more. It gives that wonderful little tingle on the back of the tongue that root beer soda does. It tastes like an old fashioned root beer float...I was blown away.

Thank you soooo much for this wonderful review, Gail! I am so happy to hear you and your non-keto/lowcarb family members are loving Keto Chow! The Rootbeer comes in a bulk bag too so there will be plenty to share :)
