One sip of Vanilla Keto Chow and you’ll understand why it’s our customer friends favourite! Keto Chow is a delicious, simple and easy to use meal replacement shake made for low carb and keto/diabetic diets! It’s a complete meal replacement and is perfect for those meals that you just don’t have time to make.

Vanilla has only 0.8g net carbs per shake and is a classic for a reason. It captures the warm, fragrant traditional flavour that you love.

How to Make

  1. ADD FAT SOURCE

Add heavy cream, melted butter, coconut oil or whatever fat source you like into a Blender or Blender Bottle.

This is where you can customize the amount for your particular calorie needs.

  1. ADD KETO CHOW POWDER

Either one packet (single-serve) or one scoop (bulk meal bag).

  1. ADD WATER

Add 410ml warm water, coffee or any other liquid you like… and blend! If you find your shake too thick, just add water until it’s just right!

  1. SHAKE & ENJOY!

We suggest refrigerating for 30 mins or ideally overnight to bring out more flavour.  The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Ice cream floats!

Vanilla KC makes truly AWESOME floats! We love it with cream soda, root beer, and cola Zevia.

You can make vanilla into any flavor you like

Vanilla is one of my favorites because you can make it taste like anything else by adding extracts

Pretty bland, not much vanilla flavour

I was a bit disappointed wth the vanilla as it didn’t have much vanilla flavour at all and was quite bland. I had two packages of it and the 2nd one I even used vanilla unsweetened almond milk (I make my KC with 2-4 tbsp whipping cream and 400 ml unsweetened almond milk) and even using the vanilla almond milk didn’t make much difference. So then I tried adding real vanilla extract and it helped a bit but I’d rather just make a different flavour that I really enjoy. Apparently it’s supposed to be pretty good if you use it for pancakes or baking, but as a shake, it’s just so-so.

Very Versatile

This is probably the most versatile of all the Keto Chows. It is very good on its own but I use it a lot in recipes (added to my cake and cookie recipes etc. to help give more structure to the crumb), and you can add flavour drops to change up the flavours and make custom shakes. Everyone should have this in their keto kitchen.

Thank you SOOOO much for your review, Gail! Vanilla is truly the most versatile flavour and i love baking with it but also adding berries to it, or peanut butter if I want to change it up!

Make it your own

When I make the vanilla flavour I like to add different things to it to make a different flavour like frozen strawberries.

Thank you soooo much for your review, Katie! Vanilla is a very versatile flavour and can be customized to your liking, I love it with strawberries or raspberries too!!
