Do I need an account to earn SwitchPoints?
No! You can earn Switch Points without an account but if you want to redeem them, you need an account with us. Here you can view all your past orders and access your rewards information.
Where can I find how many SwitchPoints I have?
To access your Switch Rewards information, login to your account on our site. Once you have logged in, you can click the present icon on the bottom left of the screen to see how many SwitchPoints you have.
How do I earn SwitchPoints?
- You earn 1 SwitchPoint per $1 spent on awesome foods on our site.
- 50 SwitchPoints for Liking on Facebook (just click that if you already like our page, it will work).
- 25 SwitchPoints per product review written.
- 200 SwitchPoints per referral who ultimately purchases (your friend also gets 10% off their first order). This works out to be $10 worth of SwitchPoints for you.
- 100 SwitchPoints on your Birthday!
What are SwitchPoints worth?
Every 100 SwitchPoints is worth $5 off at Switch! You can spend them anytime!
How do I add SwitchPoints for my birthday?
Happy Birthday friend! You need to be logged into your account on SwitchGrocery. Click on the Switch Rewards icon, Ways to Earn, Click on celebrate a Birthday, Edit the date to be your birthday. The SwitchPoints will get added automatically on your actual birthday!
How do I spend my SwitchPoints?
To spend your SwitchPoints, click the present icon on the bottom left of the screen. You will see an option that says ‘Ways to redeem’. Once you click that you will notice all the different ways you can redeem your SwitchPoints. Click the option you choose and you will be presented with a discount code that you can copy and paste at check out!
