Easy Low Carb Pizza Dip

Using Live wraps for all your dipping needs, low carb has never tasted SO GOOD ! It is the perfect snack to keep on hand for the kids or grown ups alike!

Servings: 8 | Prep time: 4 minutes | Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients: 

  • 100g Softened Cream Cheese
  • 30g Shredded Jalapeno Cheddar cheese
  • 30g Tex Mex cheese
  • 1/4 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 90g Salami
  • 2-3 live wraps

Instructions: 

  1. Combine 100g of softened cream cheese, 30g shredded jalapeño cheddar, 30g of shredded Tex Mex cheese, 1/4 cup of marinara sauce in a microwave safe bowl
  2. Heat in the microwave for about 30 seconds. 
  3. Stir, then place back in the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
  4. Toss in 90g of sliced salami once removed from the microwave and stir to combine.

Low Carb Meal Prep Pizza Dip

With only 2g net carbs per wrap, Live Organic wraps are the tastiest way to scoop, dip, and devour any dip! For this recipe, we used the Sundried Tomato wrap, sliced into smaller pieces, baked in the oven at 350 for 6 minutes and let cool. It really is that simple!
