4 tbsp Lee’s Provisions 50/50 Blend Ghee (or unsalted butter)
1 tsp Burlap & Barrel Turmeric
1 tsp ground Burlap & Barrel Buffalo Ginger
1/2 tsp Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon
8 ounces JOI Almond Milk (prepared)
8 ounces water
1 pinch of Burlap & Barrel Black Peppercorn (optional)
- Melt the ghee in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Whisk in the spices and warm them in the melted butter until they smell fragrant.
- Add the almond milk and water and gently heat through.
- Add the scoop of Eggnog Keto Chow and blend until fully mixed and frothy. I use an immersion blender for this. Serve warm.
