Golden Milk Eggnog Latte

This low carb and sugar free friendly drink is perfect to warm you up in the cooler weather. Save on your Starbucks holiday drinks bill and make this at home. 

The eggnog flavour enhances the warming spices inspired by golden milk which are known for their healing and anti-inflammatory properties. It's a caffeine-free, warm drink that will soothe your senses. Thank you to Keto Chow for sharing this low carb bulletproof latte!

8 ounces JOI Almond Milk (prepared)

1 tsp Burlap & Barrel Turmeric

1 tsp ground Burlap & Barrel Buffalo Ginger

1/2 tsp Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon

2 TB Lee’s Provisions Ghee and 2 TB coconut oil (or 4 TB unsalted butter)

 8 ounces water

1 scoop Eggnog Keto Chow or 1 Single Serving Eggnog Keto Chow

1 pinch of Burlap & Barrel Black Peppercorn (optional)


  1. Melt the ghee in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk in the spices and warm them in the melted butter until they smell fragrant.
  3. Add the almond milk and water and gently heat through.
  4. Add the scoop of Eggnog Keto Chow and blend until fully mixed and frothy. I use an immersion blender for this. Serve warm.
