Golden Milk Eggnog Latte

This keto friendly drink is perfect to warm you up in the cooler weather. The eggnog flavour enhances the warming spices inspired by golden milk which are known for their healing and anti-inflammatory properties. 4 tbsp Lee’s Provisions 50/50 Blend Ghee (or unsalted butter)

1 tsp Burlap & Barrel Turmeric

1 tsp ground Burlap & Barrel Buffalo Ginger

1/2 tsp Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon

8 ounces JOI Almond Milk (prepared)

8 ounces water

1 scoop Eggnog Keto Chow or 1 Single Serving Eggnog Keto Chow

1 pinch of Burlap & Barrel Black Peppercorn (optional)


  1. Melt the ghee in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Whisk in the spices and warm them in the melted butter until they smell fragrant.
  3. Add the almond milk and water and gently heat through.
  4. Add the scoop of Eggnog Keto Chow and blend until fully mixed and frothy. I use an immersion blender for this. Serve warm.
