Low Carb Salted Caramel Cookies

Servings: 12 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Total time: 30 minutes


Ingredients:

1 cup (2 scoops) Keto Chow Salted Caramel

1 ½ cup almond flour

1 large egg

½ cup butter (melted)

1 tbsp Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp Origin Vanilla Extract

½ Origin Vanilla Bean Salt (for the top)


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Whisk together all wet ingredients
  3. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients (except Vanilla Bean Salt) and stir until mixed thoroughly
  4. Add in wet ingredients to the dry mixture
  5. Stir all ingredients together until cookie dough has formed
  6. On a greased baking sheet, distribute mixture evenly into 12 small balls
  7. Gently press down on each cookie to flatter to desired thickness
  8. Sprinkle Vanilla Bean Salt on top of cookies
  9. Bake for approximately 10 minutes or until golden brown
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before removing from the baking sheet
