No matter how I this product, it was always very lumpy. Not a fan and will not buy again
I love the chocolate keto chow it is my second favorite flavor, first choice would be the 2 Krazy Keto's caramel macciato. Sorry for my bad spelling! It is a bit expensive but we'll worth it to me.
I mix mine with cream, it's creamy like a milkshake, there's no real protein flavor which I like.
