Low Carb, Keto Crackers and Croutons

Do you miss the crunch of crackers and croutons since starting your Keto or low carb journey? Using Bake in a Minute Bread Mix and only 2 other main ingredients, you can make low carb bread, croutons, crackers, YOU NAME IT, in just minutes! Follow along to jazz up your Caesar salads, charcuterie boards, or favourite soup!

Servings: 30 crackers| Prep time: 10 minutes | Total time: 55 minutes


    Low Carb Crackers with Bake In A Minute

    Directions (Crackers):

    1. Use a greased mini loaf pan (6 x 3)
    2. Mix ingredients together and pour into loaf pan.
    3. Bake in toaster oven at 350F degrees for 25 minutes (cooking times may vary!)
    4. Let cool and slice into thin smaller “cracker” size slices. Cut each slice in half and arrange on baking sheet.
    5. Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes, turning once, until crisp and golden
    6. Voila!  Bake in a minute crackers!!

      Tips (for Croutons):

      • Using the same process, you can slice thicker slices and cut into cubes and do the second baking to make croutons!
      • They are delicious plain too! You can add seasonings before final baking and/or can add Parmesan as well.
