Buffalo Chicken Dip & Low Carb Tortilla Chips

A savoury and spicy Keto- friendly appetizer with homemade low carb tortilla chips! Using Live Wraps as the perfect dipping vessel, this dip will be delicious for any occasion thanks to Burlap and Barrel Silk Chili spice. Not only super tasty, this Buffalo Chicken dip is low carb, Keto, and super satisfying! 


Servings: 4 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 20 minutes


Ingredients:
Buffalo Chicken Dip

125g cream cheese (room temperature)

90g shredded cheese

120g chicken (precooked, cubed)

¼ cup ranch dressing

¼ cup hot sauce

2 tbsp Burlap and Barrel Silk Chili spice


Low Carb Tortilla Chips

1 Sundried Tomato Live Organic Wrap

1 Golden Flax Live Organic Wrap


Directions:

  1. In a medium sized saucepan, turn on low to medium heat
  2. Add in cream cheese and soften until slightly melted
  3. Add in chicken, ranch dressing, shredded cheese, hot sauce, and Silk Chili
  4. Stir until all ingredients have become a smooth mixture
  5. Remove and place in a bowl, then added additional shredded cheese if desired
  6. For the low carb chips, cut wraps into 8 triangular pieces and bake at 350 for 3-4 minutes
