Chai Latte Grain Free Sugar Free Muffins

A keto friendly Chai Latte Glazed Muffin recipe you can make to fit in your weekly meal prep and to get your desserts covered!

Recipe makes 12 regular sized muffins - 1 regular muffin = 1 serving

Prep time: 10 minutes | Baking time: 20-23 minutes

Ingredients:

Muffins:

Glaze:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Recommend to leave eggs at room temperature before use and melt your coconut oil or butter before using. Don’t put your eggs in your oil that’s too hot it will cook, also don’t put cold eggs in your oil it will clump your batter. Smooth batter is best when portioning out and making sure your macros are on point.
  3. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
  4. Scoop your batter in your preferred muffin pan or even a square or round pan
  5. Bake for 20-23 minutes (oven times may vary)
  6. While muffins are baking, you can prep the glaze by melting your coconut butter and coconut oil in a bowl then adding all other ingredients for the glaze. Mix well and leave on the side.
  7. Let the muffins cool completely before drizzling with glaze so it doesn’t melt off your muffins. Enjoy!
