This is the perfect Keto recipe idea that can be done for weekly breakfast meal prep or as a sugar free dessert. This egg loaf is subtly sweet thanks to SweetMonk sweetener and full of flavour courtesy of Burlap and Barrel’s Royal Cinnamon. This low carb recipe is super easy to make and is a delicious alternative to the OG french toast.
Servings: 10 | Prep time: 10 minutes | Total time: 60 minutes
Ingredients:
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 8 eggs
- 4 tbsp Lee’s Good Fat Blend - 50/50 Blend (melted)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tbsp Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon
- 1 tsp SweetMonk
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, eggs, and ghee together until blended throughout
- Add in baking powder, Royal Cinnamon, and SweetMonk
- Blend again until mixture is smooth
- Grease a bread pan and pour in mixture
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before removing

Cut into pieces and place on a baking tray to help crisp up in the oven
Optional: Add in fresh fruit and top with sugar free syrup
