An easy Keto dinner idea that’s ready in under 1 hour! With a ton of flavour thanks to Keto Chow and Burlap & Barrel, this chicken dish is going to be a hit at home. This is the perfect low carb meal to warm you up in the cold winter months.

Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breasts (150g each)
1 serving Keto Chow Tomato Basil
¼ cup heavy cream
100g cherry tomatoes
400ml water
½ tsp Burlap & Barrel Garlic
½ tsp Burlap & Barrel Paprika
½ tbsp Burlap & Barrel Oregano
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425F
- In a small saucepan on low heat, add heavy cream and water
- Add in single serving of Keto Chow Tomato Basil and stir until all powder is dissolved
- Add in garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and continue stirring
- In an oven safe dish, add in both chicken breasts and sprinkle oregano, salt and pepper over chicken
- Add in cherry tomatoes, then pour soup mixture into oven safe dish with chicken and place in the oven for 45 minutes
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before serving
- Serve with your favourite vegetables or cauliflower rice for a tasty side dish
