Ingredients:
Gingerbread Loaf
- 200g Bake in a Minute Bread Mix
- 4 eggs
- 4 tbsp Lee's Ghee Plain Jane (melted) or butter
- 1tbsp of cloves
- ½ tbsp of Burlap & Barrel Royal Cinnamon
- ½ tbsp of Burlap & Barrel Buffalo Ginger
- ½ tbsp of Burlap & Barrel Stone Nutmeg
Cream Cheese Frosting
- 4 tbsp of cream cheese
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp of sweetener
Directions:
Gingerbread Loaf
- Whisk egg, melted butter and spices together
- Add in Bake in a Minute bread mix and stir until all ingredients are mixed together
- Using non stick spray, coat a bread pan and fill with the mixture
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Let cool completely before removing from the bread pan then add frosting
Cream Cheese Frosting
- Add cream cheese and butter to a microwaveable dish
- Microwave for 30 seconds, stirring until blended together consistently
- Add in powdered sweetener (if desired) and mix well
- Drizzle over top with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a frosty and festive glaze
