Ingredients:

2 tbsp JOI Cashew Nut Milk Base

30g sundried tomatoes (chopped)

1 cup water


Directions:

  1. Add JOI Nut Milk Base with water into blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add in sundried tomatoes and blend until smooth again
  3. Pour over pasta, chicken, or zucchini noodles
