Marbled Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

A decadent low carb, Keto cake that will be a hit for any occasion! This Marbled Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake will be easy to recreate for the Easter Bunny this weekend or for any upcoming holiday. Not only low carb and Keto approved, this is a sugar free and dairy free dessert to be enjoyed by everyone! Follow the step-by-step instructions to have a restaurant quality cake ready at home in one hour!

Servings: 12 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease 9” cake pan
  2. Beat eggs and ghee together, then add in Good Dee’s mix 
  3. Stir contents until blended together
  4. Add in 4 tbsp of Fatso Peanut Butter and fold into mixtureketo low carb fatso peanut butter good dee's chocolate cake
  5. Once peanut butter has been folded in, pour mixture into greased cake pan
  6. Dollop the remaining 2 tbsp of peanut butter throughout the top of the cake mixture
  7. Using a butter knife, graze the utensil through the mixture to create a marbled effect (side to side, up and down, diagonally until the desired look is achieved)
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean in the middle)
  9. Remove the cake and let cool before applying frosting
  10. Soften the frosting by microwaving for 10 seconds
  11. No piping tool? No problem! Pack the frosting in the corner of a Ziploc bag

  12.  Cut the corner into a small “x” shape with scissors
  13.  Gently squeeze the bag to release frosting into desired pattern
  14. Store in the fridge to allow components to set and SERVE!
