An easy, Keto friendly dessert that is packed with chocolate and mint flavours. With the richness of chocolate and the cool minty freshness, these low carb cookie dough bites will be a hit. Check out this simple and delicious recipe using some of our Keto favourites!

Ingredients:
1 Keto Chow Chocolate Mint Shake (single serving)
¼ cup + 2 tbsp heavy cream
¼ cup cream cheese (room temperature)
1 tbsp Munch Life Macadamia Butter
1 tbsp Lee’s Ghee Brown Butter or Lee's Ghee Dark Chocolate
Directions:
- Crush both Keto Bars in a large mixing bowl using a hand masher
- Add in macadamia butter and Lee’s ghee to crushed Keto bars and stir to mix well
- In a separate mixing bowl, add in whipping cream and cream cheese. Using a hand mixer, beat ingredients until smooth
- Add in Keto Chow and beat again until thick dough forms
- Pour Keto Bars mixture into Keto Chow mixture and stir until cookie chunks are distributed evenly
- Scoop out 1 ½ tbsp of combined mixture and roll into 12 evenly sized balls
- Store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
