Ingredients:
1/2 cup JOI Almond base
2/3 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Burlap & Barrel Black Peppercorn
1/2 tsp dried or fresh dill
1 tsp fresh chives (optional)
Directions:
- Add JOI Almond base and dry seasonings and spices into a bowl or blender
- Add coconut milk and lemon juice, and mix/blend until smooth
- Add fresh herbs if using, by quickly pulsing into the mixture or stirring in by hand
- Taste to adjust seasoning if necessary
- Enjoy as a dressing or dip
