Paleo, Vegan, Keto Ranch Dressing

A 100% vegan, gluten-free, and paleo and keto-friendly ranch dressing that you can make right at home! Whether you want to dip your veggies, pour over a salad, or use for chicken wings, this dressing is so tasty and full of clean ingredients! Yields: 1 ¼ cup | Servings: 20 tbsp |Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:

1/2 cup JOI Almond base

2/3 cup full fat coconut milk

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp Burlap & Barrel Black Peppercorn

1/2 tsp dried or fresh dill

1 tsp fresh chives (optional)



Directions:

  1. Add JOI Almond base and dry seasonings and spices into a bowl or blender
  2. Add coconut milk and lemon juice, and mix/blend until smooth
  3. Add fresh herbs if using, by quickly pulsing into the mixture or stirring in by hand
  4. Taste to adjust seasoning if necessary
  5. Enjoy as a dressing or dip
