Green Dreams Are Made Of This
Nothing says “Spring is here!” and HAPPY St. Paddy's Day like a morning smoothie! And nothing says a protein-packed smoothie like Philosophie Green Dream Superfood Protein! Each smoothie recipe below has 15g or more of protein - woah!
For all recipes, just toss ingredients in a blender, blend to your heart’s content, pour, and enjoy!
Remember that green smoothies taste, well, green! So if you are a greenie newbie, you may want to add a little sweetness first. Feel free to taste before pouring and adding a few drops of stevia, honey, or whatever sweetener you prefer.
What is Philosophie Green Dream Superfood Protein?
A plant-based, low-carb, sugar-free protein powder that is high in magnesium and iron. It also includes all your favorite superfood superstars, such as hemp, spirulina, mesquite, chia and maca. Perfect for a “one scoop and go,” instead of grabbing and measuring out from 5 individual bags. Mornings made EASY.
One table spoon of it has 60% of your daily iron intake!
Coconut Butters and Honeys
Philosophie also has amazing Superfood Coconut Butters and Honeys - the superfood protein blend is mixed and blended into them - genius! We add the Coconut Green Dream to our matcha and smoothies and add Green Bee honeys on top of anything and everything! Our friends with kids love the honeys!
