Strawberry Dalgona Drink

The drink that has taken the internet by storm is now Keto-friendly and we’ve put our twist on things! Check out this Keto Dalgona recipe with whipped strawberry topping and a cashew milk base. It’s sugar free, low carb, and a delicious alternative that’s caffeine free using Keto Chow and JOI nut milk.


Servings: 1 | Prep time: 15 minutes | Total time: 15 minutes


Ingredients:


Whipped Topping


Nut Milk Base


Directions:

  1. To create your cashew milk, add JOI into water with Sweet Monk and blend until smooth
  2. To create your whipped topping, using a hand mixer blend ingredients together until mixture has thickened/ whipped
  3. In a large cup, fill with ice, pour in cashew milk then top with Strawberry Dalgona whipped topping
